We think it's a lovely place for staying in Val Thorens. The employees are all professional. The location of the hotel is particularly good, near to the ski slopes and the centre. It's around 10-15 minutes walk from Au Mazot, spent evening there.

Can't recommend highly enough this place and would have extended the stay. I stayed here 7 nights and enjoyed it. The staff were competent and the setting was great.

It's best base for visiting some must see attractions in Val Thorens.

The hotel's location is great and good, next to the ski slopes, and the centre. The apartment overlooks mountain and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The polite and best staff helps you in any way

The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself, with easy-to-navigate hallways and comfortable seating areas. It was such a pleasure to relax and socialize in a beautifully decorated space.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff. It would have been nice if the children working there were more attentive and helpful, especially when it came to addressing any concerns or requests.

The staff were professional and competent too. We got a room with a bath. Our kitchenette included a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

We loved how central this hotel was, and how close it was to the ski slopes - just a few steps away. The convenience of having a supermarket in the building was also a plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa/gym located in the Nazca building. Cleanliness was never an issue, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ski slopes and has a supermarket on site, so you don't have to go far to stock up on essentials. The gym was fairly well-equipped and it was easy to get a good workout in. , the view from the balcony was pretty good.

The rooms were pretty dingy and sparse, and there was no ski storage which meant we had to lug all our gear through the hotel. It was not informed that we would be staying in a separate building from the reception and there was no wifi.

This resort offers an excellent location, with easy ski-in and ski-out access to the slopes. the proximity of some apartments to the ski slopes is a great advantage, making it easy to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. The on-site spa/gym is also a plus, located in one of the building's blocks. Guests can expect modern room amenities and clean bathrooms, as well as a central location.

Some guests reported issues with customer service, including communication difficulties and difficulty finding their booked room.

The hotel is situated right beside the ski slopes, making it easy to ski in and out. Another great thing about the hotel is that there's a supermarket located within the building, which is very convenient. the hotel's location is a key aspect as it's in close proximity to the town center, allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants.

The check-in process was very slow and we weren't able to access our room until much later than the promised time. the room was not cleaned properly and we had to request new sheets.
